Margaret and I went to the tiangis yesterday and ate gorditas, fat corn tortillas split open and stuffed with yummy meats and cheeses and nopales (cactus) celantro and onions. mmmm-mmmm-mmmm We met up with John my web guru and his gal, Alissa and my friend Angeles, before going out to her rancho Lajoya.

We ate at MiVida restaurant after the 2nd showing of Alex’s movie. Likely the best restaurant in san miguel. The chef made a sugar free desert for me… sort of a banana split without the ice cream! YUM!!!
