I work abstractly and figuratively. My figurative work is based on my paintings which are whimsical and playful. I began this incarnation as a silk painter. Before coming to fiber I used to say: “Every time I pick up a paint brush what I make looks like dog doo-doo” Now I say when I am in the art room: “If you Fuck up, RECOVER!”
